Aging process starts from day one of birth. The truth is everyone likes to slow down aging.Depending your life styles it can either accelerate or put on slowing downs on of aging.

2. Physical Exercises:
There is a catchphrase“Exercise more!To Move your body”.Too much time sitting is associated with an increased risk of heart disease, diabetes, cancer, early death.
